The MSJC men’s basketball team played another strong second half on Wednesday night as they rallied to pick up a home win over Barstow 81-68.

The MSJC men's basketball team played another strong second half on Wednesday night as they rallied to pick up a home win over Barstow 81-68.
The Eagles trailed at halftime 38-31 and would not forge their way ahead for good until there was just 5:34 to play in the game. Kameron Manning-Fuimaono connected on a 15-foot jumper to break a 63-63 tie and the Eagles closed the game with an 18-5 run to secure the victory.
Adrian Mosley took over the game in the second half scoring 25 of his game-high 32 points and pulling in 7 of his team-high 10 rebounds in the final 20 minutes. Mosley was the only Eagle to score in double figures on the night, but MSJC had some balanced scoring to back him up.
Daniel Crawford finished the game with 9 points, Willie Miller and Kory Dodson both had 8 points with Dodson also grabbing 7 rebounds. Joseph Boddie dished out a team-high 4 assists.
The win moved the Eagles record on the season to 11-5 overall they are 3-1 in Inland Empire Athletic Conference play. MSJC will be back at home on Saturday in a big IEAC game when they host San Bernardino Valley at 3 pm. SBVC comes into the contest atop the IEAC standings at 4-0.
