Eagles Win Regular Season Finale; Open Playoffs at Home Wednesday
The MSJC men’s basketball team finished the regular season on a high note Friday night as they defeated Victor Valley 97-74 at home.

The Eagles used a balanced scoring attack with five players reaching double figures led by Daniel Crawford with 22. RJ Dawson added 15 points and 9 rebounds while Tyler Frazier-Mathews stuffed the stat sheet with 13 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Adrian Mosley added 13 points in the win and Willie Miller had 12.
MSJC finished the regular season with an overall record of 21-7, they went 13-3 in Inland Empire Athletic Conference games which gave them a second-place finish.
The Eagles earned the #11 seed in the 3C2A Regional Tournament and will begin the postseason on Wednesday night when they host Antelope Valley at 7 pm.
Antelope Valley enters the playoffs with an overall record of 16-12, they tied for third place in the Western States South Conference.
MSJC also had several players honored over the weekend when the All-IEAC teams were announced. Adrian Mosley, RJ Dawson, Willie Miller, and Tyler Frazier-Mathews were all named First Team All-League while point guard Joseph Boddie earned second-team honors.
