In the fourth MSJC clawed their way back into it using an 8-0 run to finally tie the game at 65 a piece with 3:35 remaining. The final three minutes featured big shots on both sides leading to a one-point lead for CMC with five seconds left. A foul gave Kohen Marshall the chance to give MSJC lead and she connected on both free throws to do just that making the score 71-70. CMC rushed the ball down the floor and with less than a second to play drew a foul on the Eagles. They converted 1 of 2 free throws to send the game to overtime.

The second overtime was more of the same as the two teams again went back-and-forth until a lay-up by Amiya Singer with 1:05 to play finally put the Eagles up for good at 89-88. Free throws down the stretch put the game away for MSJC.
