The MSJC women's basketball team ran their Inland Empire Athletic Conference record to 10-0 on Wednesday night as they won at home over College of the Desert 97-54.
The Eagles were in command of the game for the entire 40 minutes as they built a lead of 22-11 after the first quarter and pushed that all the way out to 51-19 by halftime.
Karsen Marshall and Kohen Marshall both had huge games with Kohen nearly putting up a triple double. Kohen finished the night with 27 points, 11 rebounds, and a game-high 8 assists. Karsen finished her evening with 27 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and had 4 steals. Trinity Skinner came of the bench to add 11 points and 8 boards. The Eagles dominated the glass as they out rebounded the Roadrunners 63-30. Mia Aceituno led the Desert offense with a team-high 17 points.
The Eagles who are now 19-5 overall will play their next three games on the road starting with a trip to Barstow on Saturday. Tip-off Saturday is set for 1 pm.
