Cross-Country Wraps First Season at 3C2A Regionals
The MSJC women’s cross-country team wrapped up their inaugural season over the weekend as they took part in the 3C2A Southern California Regional meet in San Diego.
The MSJC women's cross-country team wrapped up their inaugural season over the weekend as they took part in the 3C2A Southern California Regional meet in San Diego.
The Eagles had four participants in the regional race and were led by a season best 22:42.15 from Sofia Bedolla. Jordan Consuegra also turned in a personal best for the year finishing in 24:46.51, while Yvon Venegas recorded a time of 24:48.93 and Shiloh Kuhlman came in at 34:24.60.
Bedolla and Venegas highlighted the school's first cross-country team by earning Second-Team All Inland Empire Athletic Conference honors.
The team competed in a full schedule of events this year with a roster made up of exclusively freshmen. Head Coach Pui Lok Choi hopes to build on this year's team for the upcoming 2026 season.
