The MSJC soccer team got back in the win column on Friday night as they went on the road and defeated El Camino 1-0 in their final non-conference match of the season.

The MSJC soccer team got back in the win column on Friday night as they went on the road and defeated El Camino 1-0 in their final non-conference match of the season.
Eileen Vargas scored the only goal of the night with an assist credited to both Maggie Arens and Brooke Smith. Kimberly Estrada was strong in goal for the Eagles, playing for all ninety minutes and making six saves.
The win stopped a four-match losing streak by MSJC and got them back on track heading into conference play.
This week the Eagles who wrapped up non-conference play at 3-5-1 have two key Inland Empire Athletic Conference matches. Tuesday MSJC heads to San Bernardino Valley and Friday the team welcomes Chaffey to HCN Bank Stadium. Both matches this week are set to kick off at 4 pm.
